FORTITUDE
AT DELTA TOWERS

DEEPLY ROOTED
DHCDC has long maintained a trailblazing presence in the Trinidad community of Washington, DC. Beginning in 1975 with construction of Delta Towers, we continue our mission with the development of Fortitude at Delta Towers.

HISTORICAL MISSION
Delta Towers was the first housing project for seniors built in the H Street renewal area after the devastating 1968 riots and was, at the time, the first and only building of its kind developed by a group of Black women.

COMMUNITY FOCUSED
An active community partner, DHCDC supports neighborhood businesses, area non-profit organizations, and elected leaders to work collaboratively towards improving the well-being of its residents and neighbors.
